But I what I meant by the calmness was the response by 'airport security' (I've been assuming those two blokes were her husband, son, friend, whatever). Had she blown a gasket in the UK, Canada or the US (and likely other places), she'd be in a different situation by now I would think.
Yes, I did think of that Judy, and so wondered whether the security response was because of that. The video is taken from behine the counters, so may well be security videotape, and have they been told to do nothing to restrain as long as no one is hurt??
If so it's a good policy.
My reaction would be a FFS pull yourself together woman one. At work it would be a stand back and wait one.
